Erin Montgomery is a committed educator and counselor with over 15 years of experience supporting students of all ages. She earned her Bachelors in Education from the University of Toledo in 2004 and her Masters in Counseling from Wayne State University in 2009. Throughout her career, Erin has worked as a school counselor, classroom teacher, and coach, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on how to effectively support and empower students. Erin is passionate about creating fun, engaging, and meaningful activities that foster personal growth. She firmly believes that every child has the potential to thrive when given the right guidance and support. Recognizing that learning can happen in a variety of settings, Erin focuses on partnering with families to deliver personalized support that builds confidence, enhances social emotional skills, and helps students set and achieve their goals. Erin resides in Bryan, Ohio with her husband Josh, also an educator, and their two children, Max and Molly. Together, they are active members of a community that values education, growth, and collaboration.
